Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.. I am truly grateful for the fantastic service we have received yesterday. I know how stressful moving is and I was not looking forward to doing it again. If it were not for a friend I would have gone blindly and choose any company.

We wanted to cut down on the cost but it would have worth the money. Next time (if ever will be a next time) I will have Soft Touch Movers do that too. Thank you for a wonderful moving experience Soft Touch! This was our first time using movers and I have to say these guys are going in my favorite five! Cody,Tom,Jeremey, and Rod did an amazing job! They packed several rooms including my dreadful kitchen along with my entire art collection.

The men were very professional and are very quick with solutions for all types of situations. I had 4 very clever and strong young men who moved me with smiles! I needed to move a very large bed and materials to fill approximately 3 boxes (surround sound system and miscellaneous valuable household items) to a family member in another state. The scheduling was a breeze and they were flexible when I had to change my move date twice.

Day of the Delivery: The crew called me several times prior to the delivery time (2 hrs away, 30 minutes away), to ensure someone was there waiting for them. The family members there for the delivery assured me they were efficient, courteous and did a great job of setting up the electric king bed. They made sure my in laws were happy before leaving.

Although this was a very small move of only a few items, it was an important one for our family. The sensitivity of all concerned to a recent death in the family made this task a bit less onerous for me, and it was greatly appreciated.

We have hired them twice over the past two years to move items in/out of a 3rd floor walk-up – not an easy move. On both instances, we could not have been more impressed. 1) Communication via email and phone are excellent – they responded the fastest of all companies when I requested a quote and then provided a reasonable, accurate quote that was tailored to our specific needs.

By far the BEST moving experiences EVER!!!!!!! I move a lot and wish I found Soft Touch Moving years ago. I’ve used them twice now and will use them from here on out. They pack my things so nothing ever breaks, pad the walls and really take care of my personal belongings and residence. They assemble/disassemble, sort and label everything making unpacking a breeze. Highly recommend!!

I will never use another moving company again.

Jourdy and his other two crew members did an awesome job helping me to move from an one bedroom apt on the third floor to my new house. They carefully wrapped my furniture and made sure they didn’t leave any marks on the door frames. They moved everything very efficiently. Their truck is big inside but all the packing materials (blankets, etc) are all very well organized. The whole job was done under three hours which was very impressive. And they didn’t leave any trash at my place. I really appreciate their hard work carrying stuff down from the third floor with no elevator. I highly recommend this moving company.

By far, the best moving company I’ve worked with. I was stressed, as we had a very tight timeline, but the men who came were professional and efficient. They took care of our furniture and took care to place things in our new home. I actually had them come give me an estimate after looking at our house and they came in below their estimated amount. Only drawback for me was that all of our items didn’t fit in their truck so it required two trips. I wasn’t as concerned with the added cost, but this was logistically difficult for us. Overall, they handled it well and I will be recommending them to anyone who needs to move in the future!

Thank you Lisa, Alex, Jason and Enrique for taking good care of our belongings and great care of us. Everything was nicely wrapped and well padded. They even padded our door to protect it from potential damages. The attention to detail and catering to our needs did not go unnoticed. You can tell Alex is very knowledgeable and the whole team were diligent and flexible.
Each of them went above and beyond.
